We are currently recruiting therapists to be part of a friendly, innovative developing SLT service for adults with a learning disability in the beautiful county of Norfolk. We are a small but perfectly formed team, working as part of the larger multi-disciplinary service. An ethos of regular supervision and CPD is actively encouraged, as is evidence based practice. We have established links to the University of East Anglia, are committed to SLT student placements, post graduate dysphagia training and research opportunities. Applications welcomed from newly qualified practitioners. Successful candidates will need to be highly motivated and enthusiastic. You will have an understanding of communication/Dysphagia difficulties within this group of people and an ability to work within different settings liaising with a number of agencies and a post graduate Dysphagia qualification is desirable but not essential as we are committed to developing your clinical skills.
