***ASD Teaching Assistant for a local Tower Hamlets school (Central East London)
***Minimum 2:1 degree required
***Experience in supporting children with complex needs highly preferred
***Long-term, full-time role available as an ASD Teaching Assistant
***Invaluable experience for Further Education or an inspiring SENCO
***£65-£75 a day for ASD Teaching Assistant

The desired ASD Teaching Assistant must be an enthusiastic individual with a minimum 2:1 degree classification. The ASD Teaching Assistant will possess caring qualities and ensure they always have a kind, nurturing approach. You will have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and will have a passion to support the more challenging areas of the curriculum.
Responsibilities of the ASD Teaching Assistant>
Contribute to the management of pupil behaviour alongside the SENCO>
Establish and maintain relationships with both key pupils and the whole-school>
Support Key Pupils during learning and social activities>
Assist the class-lead in creating a stimulating learning environment>
Ensure the well-being of the children Is always protected and a safe environment is upheld>
Promote social and emotional development, alongside numeracy and literacy skills
