Stayinfront is a leading global SAAS based salesforce automation and retail execution solution. We are seeking a Junior Applications Service Manager to add to our growing client services team. This junior role will grow and develop with the team.
Your primary responsibilities in this role will include:
Client Satisfaction (Issues Resolution)
Incident and problem support
Defect change and release support
Emergency release support
Technical problem support
Local internal IT support.

Qualifications, Experience and Training
Relevant Computer Science degree or an equivalent.
SAAS oriented service desk
MS Server operating systems experience
IS project support
TSQL, VB/VB.Net Scripting
