The Graduate Commercial Program at Tessian
We’re looking to work with the brightest minds to help us accomplish our ambitious vision of building the next-generation of information security for the enterprise, and we have an amazing opportunity for highly driven, intelligent and articulate graduates.
You’ll join as a member of our Inside Sales Team; we believe in learning by doing, and after initial training you’ll hit the ground running and start contributing to our growth. We empower graduates with Tessian’s most important commercial task – demand generation. It requires high energy and is the key fuel for our business as a whole.
Within a week you’ll be helping to kick-start the outbound selling process: prospecting, targeting, developing and qualifying customers in a specified territory, and actively building a succinct commercial proposition, convincing new prospects to explore our product offering. You’ll be expected to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets, so you’ll be learning how to manage a robust pipeline and working closely with Marketing and Direct Sales to unlock revenue. We’ll help guide you to think strategically through the lead generation process to improve and optimise outbound lead management.

Your career path
This 2 year program (fast track available for top performers) will provide best-in-class commercial training around how to scale a business and succeed in the rapidly growing technology sector. Graduates will work closely with and learn from a team of people who have consistently scaled one of Europe’s fastest growing startups, closed deals with the largest organisations in the world in their 20s, and who’ve worked and chosen startups from the most prestigious graduate employers out there (investment banking, big law, investment management, technology companies, media etc)
Here are some of the progression opportunities where your career could take you **Business Development Manager* – You can help drive the company’s growth through hunting down and winning new business with the most senior people at some of the most prestigious organisations across the world. **Demand Generation Leadership* – In this role, you may find that demand generation is for you – you love building a pipeline – and you may want to help new graduates kick off their own sales career and keep building pipelines for the business. **Strategic Account Executive* – You can build deep relationships with the C-Suite and the top technologists at some of the world’s most innovative legal and financial firms and unlock revenue opportunities within these firms. **Marketing and Operational Roles* – You can help define a new, cutting-edge brand and work with top agencies and press, manage complex and time-sensitive projects, or help keep the wheels churning through growth. **Special Projects* – You’ll help grow strategic initiatives within the company. *You may also have the opportunity to move internationally during the program if this is something that interests you; you may help us set up our US office, or enter the Singaporean market for instance. The possibilities are endless.
