Staffbase is seeking to appoint a trainee recruitment consultant to assist with candidate resourcing and business development activities associated with the increased demand for our recruitment services.

We provide permanent recruitment services for a growing portfolio of manufacturing and service sector companies throughout the UK. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join us on our journey to continued success.

The successful applicant will have a career development plan which will facilitate your progression to become fully trained recruitment consultant and a route to increased earnings.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Consultant you will be responsible for the development of your own recruitment desk. You will focus your efforts on recruitment sales activities aligned to your chosen or allocated sector of expertise.

Staffbase will provide you with access to market leading candidate and client attraction tools and superb back office support required for you to excel in this 360° recruitment role.

In essence you will undertake sales & recruitment activities necessary to develop and expand our business including but not limited to;

  • Client recruitment sales, telesales/marketing, client visits
  • Candidate attraction utilising all leading UK job boards, telesales / marketing, e-marketing
  • Successful placement of engineers, sales, and management candidates into manufacturing and service sector positions
  • Preparation and issue of all necessary documentation required for quotations, offer letters and registration purposes etc.
  • Ensure effective implementation of all company policies and legal compliance procedures

Candidates:

Applicants will ideally have previous sales or telesales experience and you will demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic personality.

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be educated to 'A' level standard and applicants with degree or previous recruitment experience will have an advantage.

Rewards:

We are offering a route to increased earnings with a market leading package including uncapped commission earnings. The successful candidate should expect to achieve on target earnings of in excess of £35K per annum within two years.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
