The People Directorate in Scottish Water are looking for a Human Resources (HR) and People Development Graduate to join them on their journey to create the future world of work in Scottish Water. As an HR and People Development graduate you would be joining a future focused and people centric team who are striving to create an inclusive culture and an environment where people find a sense of purpose and meaning in their work. During a two year programme of development you will gain experience and spend time learning about a wide range of HR and People Development practices such as talent and succession management, organisational learning, leadership development, employee relations, performance, reward, employee wellbeing, communications and change. We are looking for Graduates who have the energy and potential to help us create the future world of work.

To be successful on this programme you must share our passion for creating business success through people. You will have a minimum 2:2 (or be on track to achieve a minimum 2:2) degree or postgraduate qualification Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development.

You’ll be given the chance to stretch yourself in placements across the business and across Scotland too... by being flexible in your thinking and sometimes in your location. We also have a growing international business which means there may even be some fantastic opportunities for you to work on projects abroad.
