About the Company

Graduate Sales executive required for a leading financial technology start-up based in Oxford Circus. The company specialise within the financial services industry, you do not need any prior knowledge of the industry but any interest in the sector will be beneficial.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to take the current sales team of 2 to 5 by the end of this year. As such, they are currently looking for an ambitious, confident and leading Graduate looking to take their first route into a target-drive sales environment.

You will be responsible for lead generation and converting prospects into clients. You will receive full training to ensure you fully understand the company’s unique products and it’s benefits in order to sell them effectively. The role will initially be research based focusing on profiling several prospective clients for the Senior Sales Executive. You will then progress into pitching prospects in order to grow their client base, attending client meetings alongside the Senior Sales Executive, client retention meetings, and eventually growing your own team.

They are currently a small team of 25 based in modern offices in Oxford Circus, London. You will need to be within commutable distance and also be happy travelling across London and surrounding areas for meetings.

Responsibility of Graduate Sales Executive

As a Graduate Sales Executive you will be:

·Researching potential clientele and any competitors

·Helping the Senior Sales Executive generate tailored pitches for each prospect

·Liaising with existing clients to keep retention rates high

·Attending meetings for both new and existing clients

·Cold calling in order to grow the current client base

About You

·A 2017/2018 graduate with a 2:1 or higher

·Money motivated and driven by career progression

·Confident and able to communicate with a variety of clients

·Ability to build rapport with clients

·Excellent phone manner and natural conversational skills

·Be able to work in a fast paced, competitive environment


·£20,000 starting salary with realistic OTE of £45k+ in your first year

·Average second year earnings of £55-65k!

·Able to earn commission from day one with the same commission structure business wide

·Excellent opportunities for progression into Senior / Team Leader positions
