A school in South West London are searching for a Geography Graduate or similar (Geology etc..) to support in class as a Teaching Assistant.
This Geography Teaching Assistant post means working with students on a 1:1 basis as well as running and assisting with revision sessions on the run up to GCSE and A-Level. The humanities department is well respected in the school and students are lively and enthusiastic in class. The school encourage students to be confident and hard-working which has resulted in brilliant results across the department.
The school has some incredible resources and the geography department utilise these to the fullest which includes school trips to truly carry out work in an interactive way. The school has a large uptake of students continuing on to study geography at A-Level compared to surrounding schools which can only show the level of creativity within the school!>>
