National Grid and AllAboutSchoolLeavers are hosting an exclusive careers open evening for young people, their parents and school careers advisers onSeptember 27 2018.
The evening will be hosted at National Grid’s corporate headquarters in central London, just a stone’s throw from Charing Cross station and Trafalgar Square.
Designed to provide essential information about the award winning National Grid apprenticeship programmes, the evening will also provide young people with the opportunity to participate in CV workshops.
National Grid apprentices and graduates will also be in attendance to explain their role in the organisation and provide an unrivalled insight into the life of an apprentice for the UK’s top employer in energy and utilities.
For parents, there will be presentations on the recruitment process with tips on how they can help their children with their apprenticeship applications. There will also be the opportunity to quiz National Grid apprentices and graduates on their experiences and find out more about the renowned training facilities operated by National Grid.
