*** 2 form entry Primary School based in Maidstone, Kent
*** £60-£65 per day as a Learning Support Assistant
*** Long term/full time position until the end of the academic year

Learning Support Assistant: Person Specification

You will need to be a compassionate graduate, who has achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen university degree, who has experienced working with SEN children in a paid or volunteer basis. The school are looking to meet graduates who have a good understanding of children and their individual needs.

Learning Support Assistant: About the Role

In this Year 3 Learning Support Assistant post you will be working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 boy who has a statement of ASD. With CPD on offer to all supporting staff, they have a high success rate of TA's and LSA's going on to start successful teaching careers. Part of your role will include operating in a school overseen by an inspirational Special Educational Needs Coordinator who make all teachers feel valued and appreciated.
