Based in the hottest spots across London, Manchester, and Glasgow, we are now one of the largest operators of aparthotels in the UK.

We work collaboratively with industry-leading designers and architects to create beautifully designed, city centre buildings with distinct personalities. We continue to grow at a rapid pace and are looking for more personalities to join our flourishing teams.


In our Notting Hill Gate offices, we are now on the search for a remarkable Account Manager. We require someone with an excellent telephone manner, strong sales skills and conscientious approach to customer service. This is a wondrous opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking company at the forefront of the industry.


To answer inbound sales inquiries and secure new business by converting inquiries into won booking

Proactively reach out to customers to offer accommodation availability and diligently follow up on inquiries

Offer exceptional customer service which exceeds all customers' expectations

Meet and exceed individual objectives and targets

Take a consultative approach to fully understand customers' needs


A passion for customer service and sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets

A natural ability to build rapport with customers

Understand customer requirements and sell based on those needs

Able to portray a professional and positive attitude

Self-motivated and disciplined

Ability to troubleshoot to solve customer queries


£20k basic salary with uncapped commission. With inbound sales, at least £25k per annum is achievable
