The role of Graduate Technical Account Manager is an ideal opportunity for a highly personable, independent and self-motivated graduate to put an educational background in chemistry to use!
You’ll take ownership of your own territory, strategically generating leads, nurture warm leads and develop rapport with key decision makers of clients both existing and potential. You will thrive when networking with clients face to face at industry events and manage accounts relationships across the South.The Role:
  • Learn about the marketplace you’ll be operating in order to best meet customer needs
  • Strategically generate new leads in your territory across the South of England through profiling and contacting prospective clients
  • Deliver technical support and consultative services where necessary
  • Manage customer accounts across the South of England, developing rapport in order to up and cross sell services
  • Deliver presentations and report on sales figures and activities
  • Manage and execute territory plans that will drive our client’s proposition and obtain new business
  • Attending and arranging exhibits/events/conferences and tradeshows
Candidate requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in a Chemistry related discipline
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Great interpersonal/communication skills
  • An ambitious and driven attitude
