An exciting opportunity to join a newly created team dedicated to enabling revenue and sales growth for carwow. You’ll work ‘behind the scenes’ to uncover potential sales opportunities and to work closely with the sales and partnership teams to secure these sales to achieve growth targets. Working in a fast-paced role with targets and deadlines to meet, you’ll be tenacious and driven to succeed in a challenging environment.
carwow is the most convenient, stress-free way to find and buy a new car, at a price you can be confident in. carwow aims to solve the major pain points that buyers and dealers experience in the buying process, putting them in a more powerful position than ever before.
- To be the ‘go to’ team to support dealers and customers to report sales in a timely manner to achieve revenue targets.
- Liasing with the carwow dealer network to ensure their sales are kept up to date via email (Zendesk) and telephone.
- To be a detective probing sales enquiries to identify behaviours that indicate a sale may have happened both off and on platform.
- To gather the clear evidence required to support the identification of a sale and to work with dealers via Zendesk and telephone to ‘close these sales’ and issue invoices.
