We are looking for an exceptional account manager to support our existing clients and drive deep and enduring partnerships with employers, encouraging them to increase the range and number of apprenticeships they offer across their business.
Act as a player-coach in the account management / sales team, bringing your experience to help create outstanding sales and account management processes and practices
Drive team performance to hit goals and encourage sharing of best practice
Lead by example as most experienced member of the team, building strong relationships and acquiring new business
Ongoing management of client relationships
Keep CRM system updated with client touchpoints and ensure regular management of both current and previous clients is maintained at all times
In-work support of employers to get ongoing feedback of apprentices in seat
Work with the our coaches to highlight at risk candidates as early as possible and work with the employer to find a solution to any
