Recruitment - Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Manchester) - £20,000 Recruitment Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE year 1 £35-40K/ year 2 £50-60K/ year 3 £75K+)

This is a full time, permanent position within Liquid Personnel's busy and supportive recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for your own geographical patch, working hard to maintain relationships with candidates. The role of a recruitment consultant at Liquid Personnel is very much one of a 360 nature, you will take care of the recruitment process from start of application to final placement.

As a Trainee Recruitment consultant you will be:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
- Managing a temporary social work desk
- Building solid relationships across all levels with your clients and candidates.
- Effectively promoting Liquids services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates
- Proactively place your candidates onto contracts
- Candidate calling on a daily basis including lapsed Candidates
- Maintain and increase existing client relationships.
- Prospect for new clients seeking new business development opportunities
