We are looking for ambitious individuals who have graduated from University within the last two years to join us as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.
Our Professional Development and Training Academy is perfect for anyone who is looking to find a high earning career. We know that the skills you learn at university set you up for many of the challenges faced in Recruitment. For this reason, we don’t mind what you have studied, so long as you have thrown yourself into lots of extra-curricular activities.
A career in Recruitment is fast-paced, varied and offers earning potentials as high as £100,000 within three years (if you’re good at it!). It’s not always the easiest job to do, so we look for graduates who thrive in challenging environments.

The Role:
* Identify and source candidates via headhunting, referrals, advertising and social media campaigns
* Attend client meetings and candidate registrations across the UK
* Call prospective new clients regularly, building up your professional network
* Administrative duties: updating the internal CRM database and following our award-winning compliance procedures
* Negotiate new terms of business with clients and negotiate candidate salaries.
