Are you ready to delve into the world of B2B sales? If so, a Graduate Sales Executive role within a leading digital publishing company may just be the perfect role for you!

This opportunity will suit an outspoken, hardworking and money-motivated individual who is keen to work within a digital setting. Initially, this role will see you taking on a Business Development role where you will be researching and contacting new clients to sell advertising space within the company's digital publications. Once you become more familiar with the business and progress in your role, you will take on more of a consultative role as an Account Manager where you will be reporting back on figures and statistics and managing existing client relationships. This role offers extensive support and training from senior management coupled with exciting career opportunities.

The role:

Identifying and establishing business relationships with large and small brands across the UK, Europe and internationally in order to grow the business' accounts and ultimately, revenue.

Managing and strengthening existing business relationships to maintain the consistency of revenue streams.

Preparing for and attending client meetings to discuss terms of business and to pitch advertising packages in order to secure a sale.

Monitoring your individual weekly and monthly sales targets to ensure that you are consistently hitting your targets and therefore, fulfilling the requirements of your role.

Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with your line managers and colleagues to create a pleasant and motivating work environment.

The candidate:

No prior sales experience is required for this role- we just need you to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a drive to learn and deliver to the best of your abilities.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills will allow you to structure your day and ensure that your day-to-day activities contribute effectively to your overall performance and targets.

Exceptional communication and people skills will enable you to not only fit in well within the team and overall work environment but will allow you to interact confidently and with clarity with clients in order to secure a sale.

A curious nature coupled with a keen eye for detail will enable you to quickly identify the important details provided by clients so that you can seek out the advertising package that will be the most beneficial to them.

A real desire to achieve financial success is imperative in this role since you will be rewarded through one of the industry's leading commission structures, which will be in addition to your basic salary.
