NGN Communications are a small but fast-growing provider of fully managed Voice and Data solutions tailored to the SME and Enterprise arena. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a back-ground and interest in the Telecommunications industry and who can hit the ground running.

The primary aim of this role is to undertake the Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) raised by our customers. You will progress these requests through the full business cycle to ensure accurate and timely delivery of both service and billing. The Order Placement Coordinator will plan and manage their own workload by reviewing and prioritising tasks to maintain business efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Details of all MACs raised are recorded onto the appropriate systems to ensure the necessary arrangements are triggered to facilitate the onward progress of these requests. It is imperative that the details captured are accurate and remain updated throughout to allow for management information and reporting.

The key services in scope include: WLR3 products, SIP, Mobile, Broadband & Hosted Cloud Telephony. A good understanding and explanation of some of these services is desired from the chosen candidate.

As a small business your role and involvement will also span into supporting our existing customers with any service related matter or query and are to be resolved within a timely and considered fashion. This role will give the chosen candidate an invaluable insight into the mechanics associated with a small business as well as an opportunity to grow with it.

The chosen candidate will use the first 6 months to fully understand the business & its services, with extensive training and exposure provided throughout. Key duties of the role are:

• Regular customer and supplier communication and interaction

•MAC processing and delivery

• Customer service, support and query resolution

• Fault management

• Portal management & record keeping

• Project Management

• General administrative and operational duties

The chosen candidate will be required to illustrate the skills below:

• A minimum of six months previous work experience within the Telecommunications industry

• A passion and enthusiasm for the Telecommunications industry

• Positive, enthusiastic, can do attitude

• High attention to detail

• Hardworking and trustworthy

• Organised

• Shows initiative

• Able to handle pressure and meeting strict deadlines
