We are looking for an Office Administrator who will be instrumental in helping the Right At Home Manager enable the delivery of excellent care and support. The role will be varied and no two days will be the same so you will need to be organised, efficient and willing to help out in whatever is required. The role will be developed in line with the strengths of the candidate.

Right at Home recognises the need for high quality and reliable home care and ensures that you or your loved one, keeps their independence and lives a fulfilled life with our care and support
Location: near Hatch End station, London.As part of the team your role will cover the following areas:
  1. General maintenance of the office environment.
  2. Answering the telephone and some general Reception duties.
  3. Providing first class customer service at all times when representing Right at Home.
  4. Assisting with updating of records of clients and CareGivers.
  5. Typing and updating care plans.
  6. Assisting with scheduling.
Working Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.Future prospectsFull-time opportunity may be available if the candidate excels in the role. After completing your Business Administration apprenticeship you will be awarded:A level 3 Business Administration qualification equivalent to 2 A-levels.Training providedBusiness Administrator Advanced (level 3).1. Training will be on the 18 months, Business Administration advanced level Standard.2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.Grades required:1. Minimum grade C-A* (or 4-9) in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both).2. Please note that applicants with the following will not be able to go on the level 3 Business Administration programme:
  • BTEC Extended Diploma.
  • BTEC Double Diploma.
  • BTEC Level 3 90 Credit Diploma.
Skills required:
  • Excellent communication skills: orally and in writing.
  • Very good IT skills.
  • Very pleasant telephone manner and good people skills.
  • An understanding of the need for sensitivity, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Person Specification.
  • Complete reliability and excellent punctuality.
Soft skills:
  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, drive and commitment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and part of the team.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to form excellent relationships with all and good team player.
