Position Overview

In order for us to deliver on our growth targets, we are recruiting an Associate to join our Account Management team with a focus on servicing clients within the management consulting space for our Connections product. This Associate will report directly to the VP Account Management, Consulting.

Responsibilities

As an Account Management Associate you will:

  • Identify Consultants from some of the largest global management consultancies who are not yet existing users of Third Bridge’s products or those who have not worked with Third Bridge for the past few months
  • Interact daily with clients to share Third Bridge’s value proposition and engage users with our service offerings
  • Collect and document client feedback, identify service and demand gaps and analyse usage trends for designated portfolio of accounts
  • Develop a deeper understanding of client preferences and needs, and in particular, how this aligns with the case support being offered by Third Bridge
  • Coordindate and attend client meetings (phone and in person) alongside Team Leaders and Vice Presidents
  • Maintain client user data on our systems (client office structure, user preferences, practice area, etc)
  • Work closely with Connections team members in handling client invoicing and compliance audit requests
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Connections, Finance, Legal and Marketing teams

Skills

A successful candidate will have:

  • Client service mindset, demonstrated by proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone and face-to-face
  • Familiarity with the organization and operations of management consulting firms
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • A proactive nature to solving problems and overcoming difficulties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in French and English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in consulting, sales, or account management is a plus
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
