About the Team
The Digital Learning Team at O2 are committed to developing learning journeys through the O2 Campus platform, O2 Campus being our learning proposition, our team contributes to the evolution of the digital experience. Ensuring that projects and programs maximise our ecosystem, and contribute to our metrics, NPS and reach. Build relationships with external partners to maximise the impact and integration of their offerings to support our digital learning strategy. Work with our counterparts across the Global business to share best practices and create synergy across the global learning offer. Share data and insights on how our people engage with our learning offer to shape Innovation.
About the Role
This role works to enhance learners’ journey across our digital learning systems. You will oversee Quality assurance testing, user engagement and testing, the creation of support material for existing and new systems.
You will manage and shape our data distribution for business analysis.
- Provide design expertise to ensure that new developments optimise user experience to increase user engagement.
- Provide data, analytics and insights to support People Development decisions to ensuring they are effective and strategic
- Manage relationships with our partner such as TWM, LinkedIn and PluralSight, align Product Roadmap to reduce Backlog delivering effective resource management.
- Effectively communicate user stories & user flows to wider team
Key Skills and Experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Analytical mind-set with an attention to detail.
- Self-driven with “can do” attitude
- Understanding of current web development technologies
- Graphic design and UX experience
- Ideally, prior experience with LMS or CMS
