The software being provided is a digital SaaS Platform supplying e-commerce companies with monthly subscriptions to use the integrated platform and also customise it to each client.
As a business development executive your role in the company is to contact e-commerce businesses (current clients include ASOS and Boohoo) in order to sell monthly subscriptions or to set further meetings to then sell the product/service. This role begins on the sales team, learning the product whilst also being taught commercial skills and sales techniques, it will then develop into a 360 role - demonstrating the software and onboarding new clients.
