Exciting SaaS platform in need of Sales Development Execs! Training provided!

Join an exciting fast-growing SaaS company as a sales consultant - train on the job, learn the full sales process and develop into an industry expert! Started in 2012 this company has never lost an employee - everyone that’s been hired is still there which demonstrates the excellence of the training, the role and the management team!

Business has really kicked off in the last two years for this client, doubling their revenue in each of the last 3 x 6-month periods, meaning revenue has been improved 8-fold since Jan 2017!

The software being provided is a digital SaaS Platform supplying e-commerce companies with monthly subscriptions to use the integrated platform and also customise it to each client.

The Role:

As a business development executive your role in the company is to contact e-commerce businesses (current clients include ASOS and Boohoo) in order to sell monthly subscriptions or to set further meetings to then sell the product/service. This role begins on the sales team, learning the product whilst also being taught commercial skills and sales techniques, it will then develop into a 360 role - demonstrating the software and onboarding new clients.

The role comes with a £25,000 basic salary with the potential to earn much greater in the first 18 months - commission really kicks in the second year and all sales staff have exceeded £40K!

The commission is based on monthly subscription revenue so can really build up, this means it takes a while to kick in but when it does it’s an extremely lucrative position!

Who do they want?

Ideally the client is looking for mature graduates with a year of commercial experience - this doesn’t need to be in a sales role and could include; an internship, a placement year or a 2017 graduate with 1 years’ experience.

This position involves dealing with high end, director level clients and so a well-articulated, confident graduate from a top 40 university is ideal. If hired into this position you would be required to learn to work autonomously and meet targets set by the business.
