Small events agency based in central London are looking for an administrator to join their friendly & busy team. This is an entry level admin role and you would work closely with the PA to the Founder to support the company with administration & invoicing.

Responsibilities include:

manage schedule of site visits and client appointments

compose weekly schedule of live events

Ordering of all office suppliers

support social media and marketing content

ordering client gifts and marketing collateral

planning pre-events logistics

on-site event management at London locations

preparing invoices for clients and suppliers

The successful candidate will have some previous office admin/reception experience ideally within a creative, entrepreneurial company. You will be enthusiastic about events and have an eagerness to get stuck in, learn and develop with a small agency, turning your hand to whatever tasks are asked of you to support their events and live productions.
