We’re growing, and we’re growing fast. After four years, we are delivering thousands of meals every day across London to some of the world’s most iconic brands – Google, Facebook, Spotify and Buzzfeed, amongst many others. We’re working with a world of vendors, over 350 of the best independent chefs, street vendors, specialist caterers, restaurants and supper clubs in London.

It’s our mission to help build great cultures in every workplace by bringing people together through food. We’re constantly innovating to come up with new and exciting ways to do this for more and more customers. If you’re our future Operations Manager for New Offerings, you’ll be the kind of person who can take these ideas and execute them flawlessly to create amazing experiences for our customers.

Our recent round of funding from one of Europe’s top VCs is accelerating our journey, and we want you onboard.

As our Operations Manager for New Offerings, you will:

  • Work with our vendors to create amazing interactive experiences for our customers, at scale
  • Figure out the combination of products and platforms - like point of sale systems, online training platforms, G Suite apps and Zapier zaps - that we need to underpin our operations
  • Collaborate with our New Vendors team to ensure we’re getting the best new vendors in town onboard
  • Work closely with leadership on the requirements and strategy regarding the operational and logistical elements of servicing new product offerings
  • Define what success looks like, and monitor and report on progress

We do what we say we will. Here's what we'll need from you:

  • Experience of the food, hospitality or events industries - or a strong acumen for what makes them tick and the ability to learn fast
  • The curiosity to constantly question whether everything is scalable and if it can be done more efficiently, and effectively.
  • More importantly, the ability to figure out how, and be able to learn new skills in order to make this a reality
  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn, the legal and industry standards related to food hygiene and health and safety
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and relationships

Here’s what you can expect from us. We practice what we preach and eat together three days a week – of course – but there’s a lot more besides.

  • Competetive salary - based on experience
  • Equity on offer
  • Unlimited holiday
  • Annual £2k education allowance to continue learning
  • Lunch 3 times a week from our amazing vendors
  • Fun, friendly and collaborative team based near Tower Bridge
  • Monthly team socials and culture club
