An exciting opportunity has arisen within Nottingham Elective Orthopaedics at NUH City Campus.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Staff Nurses to join our excellent team.

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Staff Nurses to join our excellent team. As a caring and positive person you will be committed to delivering high quality care centred around the patient.
We care for a variety of orthopaedic patients ranging from day case surgeries to complexed revision joints aged 16+. We follow the enhanced recovery after surgery programme and work closely with physiotherapsits and occupational therapists with an aim to discharge primary hip and knee replacements 3 days post operatively.
We offer an orthopaedic induction programme where staff can complete application of traction training, plaster training and a variety of orthopaedic skills. A corporate induction is also offered .
An opportunity will be given to attend the directorate training programme for new starters and the Trust Foundation Programme for Acute Care Skills.
We offer opportunities for professional development along with support to learning beyond registration modules.
Your communication and customer care skills will be key to your delivery of care and recognition of the values and behaviours required by the Trust philosophy.
You should be educated to 1st level RGN, have excellent oral and written communication skills. You should also be able to prioritise workload and work well as a member of the team.
