Basic to £18,000 + Uncapped Commission
OTE £35,000+

The Company:
- Our client was established in 2005 to fill the gap in the market between the major mass recruitment consultancies and the ‘one man bands’ to provide clients with a focused, consultative approach serviced by knowledgeable, professional individuals.
- They currently have three offices in London, Southampton and Milton Keynes and a UK-based International division operating across the Middle and Far East. They offer permanent, freelance and retained headhunting services.
They specialise in providing high calibre individuals to major blue chip developers, construction managers and blue chip main contractors.

The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts providing permanent placements
- Conducting face-to-face client meetings and thorough candidate interviews
- Pro active networking of clients over the phone
- Sourcing high quality candidates via an extensive database, job boards, head hunting and referrals
- Religiously keeping call logs up to date
- Referencing candidates to ensure quality and suitability
- Producing detailed CV’s
- Keeping up to date with the market via press releases, social networking and through clients and candidates
- Being a positive influence on the office and company
