At i-teachers, we work with a number of schools who are offering graduates paid placements in schools to develop your teaching experience in a fully supported environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of graduates, who aspire to forge a career in education, and may even have the opportunity to join a school’s salaried teacher training programme!

Paid school experience – Excellent role prior to teacher training

·Must have minimum 2:1 degree and strong A Levels

·Paid £300 - £325 per week

·Monday to Friday, full-time role

·Primary, Secondary and College roles

·This experience will support those looking to go into teaching, educational psychology or other education professions

We are currently working with a number of primary, secondary and sixth form colleges in Sandwell who are keen to appoint brilliant, ambitious and considerate graduates in a pastoral support assistant role. These roles are ideally suited for a graduate who is high achieving and ambitious, looking to gain paid experience in a support role within education prior going on to future teacher training or educational psychology.

Depending on your exact role, you will provide support in lessons, interventions or in your own classes, identifying causes and triggers of students’ barriers to learning and working on strategies to support individual and whole school progress.
