The Company:

My client, is a digital marketplace for smart-home and energy services, beginning by disrupting the old-fashioned heating installation market - leveraging technology to deliver an e-commerce service unlike anything seen in the home services industry before.

The vision for the business is to build a leading smart home business that provides the services every connected home needs. As consumers increasingly buy into smart security, solar PV, energy storage and other connected devices that will need professional installation, their proven ability to link skilled tradespeople with best in class technology and customer service, twinned with its competitive and transparent pricing, will make it a natural choice for homeowners looking for one company to take care of everything.

We are a two year old business backed by some of Europe’s leading VCs and angels. We have an experienced & passionate team with track records in some of Europe’s leading start-ups, private equity, consulting, investment banking, and much more.

The Role:

The company are looking for individuals to become part of their world-class sales team and develop your skills as a sales person over their 24 month programme that will see you grow from beginner to a key value driver for the business.

Responsibilities:

·To contact and engage with high volumes of potential customers interested in the service (they are warm enquiries only, you won’t be cold calling)

·You’ll build rapport, provide technical advice and guide customers to their ideal new energy-efficient home heating solution

·Provide detailed sales quotes and win new business. (no pushy sales).

·Work within your team and to your own initiative to drive sales

Requirements:

·Educated to degree level

·Highly customer centric - feel joy when delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

·Hardwired to want to consistently learn and develop both personally and professionally

·People person with great sense of humor

·Flexible with working hours depending on customer demand and lead by example

·Ready to work in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment

Training and Development:
You’ll be part of the business training scheme, where you can simultaneously grown your sales skills and your commission, you’ll have an initial 2 weeks training in sales, technical and industry knowledge followed by bi-weekly and monthly 1-2-1s and coaching sessions

Key details

· Location: Central London (closest tube station: Highbury&Islington)

· Start date: ASAP

· Salary: £22-24k Basic + £10K Commission (Uncapped)

· Duration: Permanent
