We are seeking an inspiring and highly talented graduates to work as a primary Teaching Assistant throughout the 2018/19 academic year.
This role will ideally suit a high achieving university graduate who is looking at starting a career as a primary School Teacher.

To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role you must be a bright graduate who has experience supporting SEN children and a second class degree at the very least. The ideal individual should be able to overcome challenging situations and demonstrate a passion for inclusion. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with a personality that enthuses and inspires their students and a natural ability to encourage and promote hard work. You will have a natural desire to become a future star of teaching and have the drive to learn as much as possible from this experience.
This primary Teaching Assistant position involves working in different classes depending on the needs of the school, all within Key Stage 2 and you will be carrying out your duties under the inspirational Headteacher. You will enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Key responsibilities in this primary Teaching Assistant post will also include supervising and providing particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
