We want to meet a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant who can approach pupils' problems with a degree of empathy and maintain a caring approach at all times. The Headteacher wants to recruit a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant with great determination to offer the best support for all SEN pupils throughout the year.
In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant post you will be working with pupils of varying ages across the school. Your responsibilities will primarily be to work one-to-one and in small groups with SEN pupils as you aid their learning by breaking down the subject matter. The chosen Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant will be liaising with the SENCO, class teachers and parents to assist the pupils in your care to achieve their academic and social goals.
