Our teams serve a broad and diverse range of clients from micro businesses to large national corporates, providing a unique service to each business with a commitment to keeping our client’s interests at heart and helping to control energy costs. We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team due to continued growth and a commitment to deliver our business strategies.

The role:

In your role, you will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts; for each client you will act as subject expert, researching their business to ensure you understand their requirements, enabling you to provide a unique service. You will also look for ways to improve their service by negotiating with stakeholders to deliver competitive offers, and ensure contracts are produced accurately and on time; subsequently ensuring renewal of contracts and optimisation of margins for our business. As well as managing existing accounts, you will learn your market allowing the development of relationships and acquisition of new accounts.

About You:

You will have previous sales or business development experience, coupled with the key ability to establish, nourish and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders. A good knowledge of Energy Markets and the wider industry would be highly advantageous, however not essential as full training will be provided. You won’t be hidden behind a phone in this role, and will have opportunities to visit client offices; therefore, a full UK driving license is an essential requirement.
