We are interested in junior candidates who would be joining directly after graduating from university or having spent some time in industry already. You will be a self-starting and proactive individual who takes pride in quality, values team work and collaboration and is not afraid to suggest improvement ideas. Adaptability is also a key requirement for this position. You must be experienced with the Windows O/S, Java programming and have an understanding of agile methodologies.

A BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering would also be advantageous but is not essential.
This Software Engineer role is for 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday initially based in Lincoln, however, the successful candidate must be willing to travel further afield to work on exciting projects at customer sites for extended periods e.g. several months or even a year (travel expenses would be paid).
