The Client & Operations Manager will be an integral part of the Client Management team, overseeing some of the most important processes in their interaction with students, families, and tutors, as well as their collaborations with other companies. Candidates should be adept at planning, resourcing, and managing any number of concurrent projects, with responsibility increasing rapidly as competency and knowledge of the services and systems develop.
This role also asks for first-hand understanding of the IB, as this role will draw on your own educational experiences to help you support current IB students and their families to an excellent standard.
