Relief Support Worker
Hft is a national charity and a leading force in supporting people with learning disabilities and their families.
Hft Kent (North) provides Supported Living and Residential services in Edenbridge and Supported Living services in Longfield.
Hft Kent (North) support over 50 people with many different types of learning disability, and have particular experience in supporting people with dementia. It’s great if you already have experience of learning disabilities, autism or dementia, but this is by no means essential.
Position: Relief Support Worker
Location: North Kent across Edenbridge, Sevenoaks, Longfield & Dartford
Hours: Flexible hours available
Hourly rate: £10.08 per hour (including holiday pay)
Closing date: Friday 30 November 2018

As a Relief Support Worker at Hft you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. In these roles, everything you do will enable people to have choices about their own lives, creating flexible services that meet people’s needs and always looking for the best way of doing things.
You will be covering leave, training and sickness within our Supported Living Services, with hours that fit in with life’s other commitments; this is an ideal way of discovering if this is the career for you. As we provide 24/7 support you can choose to work shifts which may be days, weekends, nights or Bank Holidays.
About you
You don’t need experience of support work or any special qualifications for this job - you’ll get plenty of training along the way.
We’ll give you a comprehensive induction, full training and support along the way.
