The Early Careers Recruitment team is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for all our Early Careers Programmes – this includes Trainees, Apprentices, Graduates, Placements and Interns. The Early Careers Recruitment team works closely with the Experienced Hire Recruiters and the wider HR department both in the UK and globally. This role is also responsible for the line management of an Early Careers Recruitment Co-ordinator.
• Stakeholder Management – You'll be the go-to person for all things Early Careers Recruitment internally and externally. A key part of the role is being able to build relationships with senior management, external organisations/partners and our wider HR teams globally.
• Attraction, Screening & Selection – Experience in managing the end to end recruitment process including attraction, screening and running assessment centres. You'll have a keen interest in looking at how we can improve our selection processes with a view to improve diversity.
• Project & Event Management – A key part of this role is juggling multiple projects whether it be reinvigorating our recruitment processes or overseeing our Internship Programme. You'll be happy to organise and manage large events (work experience programm
