Trainee Recruitment Consultant, 20-22k Base + Commission

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be doing the full cycle Recruitment role including writing and posting adverts, searching CV’s on job boards, telephone and face to face interviewing, taking job briefs from clients, booking and attending client meetings, account management, taking feedback, negotiating terms and closing deals. You will be on a competitive commission structure from day one and also be part of various incentives in the business! The role also includes attending events and networking with both clients and candidates.

The Person

We are looking for a sales focussed individual who also has good relationship building skills, as the role is very much about building long term relationships and partnering with our clients to provide the best service. You should be confident, able to build a rapport easily, professional and personable. A degree is ideal but not essential as it is more important to be driven, have a good work ethic and be financially motivated.
