BrandVerity is a growing SaaS start-up in the online brand protection industry with headquarters in Seattle, USA and European operations lead from London, UK.

We are seeking a customer-focused self-starter to become a key member of our Customer Success team and make an immediate impact towards the long-term success of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of how our solutions help customers’ to address their needs and will provide many learning opportunities.

If you are someone with a strong sense of responsibility, take pride in your work and is willing to help make a significant and lasting improvement to our customers’ online performance then we would love to talk with you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers to maintain close relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customers’ experience with BrandVerity
  • Train customers how to use BrandVerity’s online solutions and optimise configuration
  • Serve as the customer’s voice to help drive product development
  • Embody and model BrandVerity’s company values


  • Undergraduate degree, 2:1 or higher
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • A customer first mentality and the willingness to go above and beyond for them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
