The Role
We are looking for an ambitious intern to support our account management and shifts execution teams. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be supporting the account management of some or our largest clients as well as providing admin support to the account managers. You will also be running on site team check-ins (mainly at Stadiums), answering client queries and offering appropriate resolutions, and escalating issues to the account managers where needed

Job type: Part time. 3 days a week, flexible between Thursdays and Sundays.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills are a must as you will need to understand our platform inside out and explain our services to Heroes and Businesses.
  • You will be a quick learner who is able to work on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • It is essential that you are able to work fast under pressure while keeping a cool head.
  • Our deadlines are often incredibly tight and it is necessary for everyone to work collaboratively and quickly.
  • You will need to be computer literate, analytical and competent with Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Previous experience working for a temp agency or hospitality – Desirable
  • We are looking for people who can learn on the job and have natural flair for entrepreneurship and are genuinely excited to work in a start-up environment.
