Your Future, Accelerated

Be part of an ever-expanding business. Reach the highest levels of the commercial world. Go from being a talented, ambitious graduate to being the future of our company. These are just some of the things that could be in store for you when you join us at DCC.

Our intensive programme

Few development experiences can match the intensity of the DCC Business IT Graduate Programme. Over two years, you’ll build up knowledge and skills in not just one but potentially two different companies – and two different divisions and countries as well.

Your opportunity to drive our continuing growth

IT has been a critical enabler of growth at DCC, not just in terms of the technology itself but more importantly how it is applied to the business. As a Business IT graduate, this gives you the opportunity to add real value to the organisation as you master the role of business analyst and learn how systems such as SAP and Oracle are deployed across our businesses.

Typical projects you may be involved in:

  • Designing and delivering a CRM database to support a sales function
  • Creating business intelligence dashboards post-acquisition
  • Working as part of a team to integrate a newly acquired business

Ongoing development and support

Learning happens in the classroom as well as on the job, and we will also provide funding for you to gain a professional qualification. You will be supported throughout the programme by your Line Manager, a dedicated Coach, a Graduate Buddy, your Graduate Programme Business Contact and of course, the Graduate Programme team.

What we look for

A 2:1 degree (or equivalent – e.g. BAC+5) in any discipline plus strong team-working, communication and relationship-building skills. It’s a rotational programme, so you’ll need to be highly adaptable. You also need to be willing to move regularly around the UK and Ireland – and potentially across Europe as well.
