Street League work with young people, progressing them into employment, education and training by engaging them through football, fitness, dance fitness and rugby. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 years’ olds from disadvantaged areas) progress from our unique sport/fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training.
We are a growing organisation and currently operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, the North East and North West of England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and extensively across Scotland.
We are recruiting an interim Events Managerwho will be responsible for reviewing and running a programme of challenge, sporting and special events for Street League across the UK in order to grow our profile and increase levels of unrestricted funding. Reporting to the Head of Major Giving and as part of the Commercial Team you will also work across the organisation at all levels to develop and market Street League’s events portfolio in order to achieve an annual income target.
We need someone to hit the ground running for this interim post of 9-12 months, and you will need to have strong experience of managing and delivering a broad variety of fundraising events or mass participation activities, including national events.
