We have partnered with an Executive Search Firm that specialises in placing senior management in to the top financial companies in the country and have started to expand in to Europe. Founded just under 15 years ago, our clients has become one of the leading heading hunters in Europe. Working in various sectors of the financial service, such as investment banking, private equity and asset management.

Our client is looking for hardworking and driven graduates to join their team as an Executive Search Researcher. The roles of an Executive Search Researcher with this organisation will start with an initial training period, in which you will rotate between their many sectors. Researchers will learn about a wide variety of sectors and the relationships between them, you will also be taught by various colleagues from consultants as well as more senior members of staff. A Researcher will work with a consultant assisting in the acquisition of up-to-date information about the candidates, clients and target clients from various sources. A Researcher will also be responsible for producing a longlist of candidates and working with a consultant to reduce that to a shortlist. They will also approach potential candidates, assess their experience, credentials and gain a greater understanding of their motivation

To be a successful Executive Search Researcher you will to have:

·Excellent written and verbal communication

·Be a strong team player

·The drive and ambition to achieve and progress

·Exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to gain the trust of not only your colleague but your candidates and clients

·The ability to learn quickly about the industry and to keep up-to-date with the latest developments

·You must be able to multi-task

·Great problem solving and analytical skills
