We are looking for someone who can work within the youth offending context whilst also maintaining the CAMHS perspective and play a key link role between these two services. If you think you have the skills to take up this role we want to hear from you.You would join an established and supportive team and a service which places training and development high on the agenda.
The post will be based mostly at Harrow Youth Offending Team, Harrow Civic Centre while the Harrow CAMHS team is based in Ash Tree Clinic,Northolt Road, South Harrow, which is the clinical base for Harrow’s Tier 3 CAMHS. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated worker with previous experience of working with young people. You will take a lead role in working with local agencies, the private sector and the voluntary sector.
The Harrow CAMHS is staffed by a large multi-disciplinary team of clinicians. We aim to provide an accessible, flexible and responsive local service for patients and professionals working with children in the area using the whole range of therapeutic interventions, including behavioural, systemic, psycho-dynamic, group and multi-family work as well as neuro-biological approaches. For the right candidate there will be numerous training opportunities in a variety of areas.

Please note we would also be keen to consider qualified RMN's who may not yet feel ready to take on Band 7 responsibilities as we would consider a Band 6 Developmental Post for those candidates with the aim of working towards a band 7 Post with 12-18 month
