The post has a Trust-wide remit, based at Stoke Mandeville, but providing session time at Wycombe Hospital. This post is working Monday - Friday.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our Cancer Education, Information and Support Service based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. As part of the team you will be directly involved in providing cancer information and support services across the Trust. You will be assisting the team in providing information and support to cancer patients, their families and multidisciplinary team members.
You will have the opportunity to participate in research, audit and the education of healthcare professionals, pre-registration student nurses, healthcare assistants/ support workers and volunteers.
Support and clinical supervision will be available and professional development will be identified and met as appropriate.
