What we’re looking forWe’re looking for an ambitious individual, who will be part of the Halton 0-19 Team taking the next steps in developing great community services and ensuring that everything we do is based around our aim of quality first and foremost.
You’ll be joining us, along with 3,400 colleagues to support our mission to improve local health and wellbeing in the communities we serve, through providing care to home - in clinics, health centres and patients’ own homes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required with a commitment to team working as well as being able to demonstrate working using own initiative. You will work closely with schools, children and young people and their families, our partner agencies and commissioners to deliver a quality service. We have one full time post available but we could offer this post on hours to suit the successful candidate.
