WHAT YOU DO MATTERS...

  • Support the preparation of briefs for the Art department. Ensure that briefs are well presented; complete and clear so that projects can be executed precisely, creatively, and on time.
  • Assist in managing creative projects from brief to execution.
  • Help to assign projects to the Art department.
  • Ensure that the Art department is able to deliver assigned briefs on time and flag any issues that would prevent the successful execution of a project.
  • Help maintain project log sheets to track the status of projects, and insure these are well communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Work with the Digital Design Manager to insure that all projects are resourced appropriately.
  • Problem solve with key stakeholders in order to deliver projects to the satisfaction of project manager and Lead Creative.
  • Help manage creative shoot calendar and ensure that it is kept up to date at all times.
  • Prepare monthly/seasonal creative presentations for management, with a complete pack that includes the brief, creative concept and output.
  • Communicate project timings with internal stakeholders as well as with external suppliers and freelancers.

  • You are a recent graduate with relevant placement experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are confident in working with senior team members.
  • Background within Creative/Production environment.
  • Previous experience using CMS preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Understanding of creative process.
  • Pro-active work attitude willing to get involved in a wide range of projects.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
