1st Line Support - W10 & O365 - Desktop Support. Would suit an Apprentice or someone who has recently graduated - huge amount of training in Microsoft and networking tech!

National award winning manufacturing company seeks an internal 1st Line Support/2nd Line Support Consultant to join their team.

You need to have supported the following:

  • W10
  • O365 including Outlook
  • End user support
  • Some experience of working with a ticketing system like SpiceWorks

You will be supporting internal users at 1st and sometimes 2nd line, dealing with 20-30 calls per day and escalating as appropriate. You will be working with O365 and W10 queries, and supporting the user base of 500+. You will be based in Leeds and supporting the company's remote sites across the UK.

This role would someone who has finished an Apprenticeship in IT and is looking to take the next step, or someone who has gained a solid grounding call-logging and is now looking to progress.
