Optimisation Executive Salary: £20-25,000 + bonus + benefits Location: Central London

The Role:

Analysing the customer experience, you will identify issues and create solutions to increase customer engagement

You will support the senior optimisation team by analysing data, identifying issues and trends and providing reports

To enhance customer engagement, you will plan and design solutions, to attract and simplify the customers journey

As an Optimisation Executive, you are at the core of the business dealing with analysing data to increasing customer engagement for your clients

The Candidate

Your knowledge/experience in CRO will allow you to hit the ground running

Having commercial insight will help you focus on maximising revenue and meeting the client's ROI

your eCommerce / digital marketing experience will allow you meet your clients expectations

Your curious nature and attention to detail will help you excel in your role

Having analytical degree is essential to help you succeed in this role.

UX / UI knowledge is ideal to understand customer experience but not essential to have
