The entry into force of the MIFID II and several other regulations, has and will significantly increase the administrative workload within the bank at different levels. The purpose of this role is to support any activities within the PMO function on a daily and project basis. We are looking for intern for a 6 month period to commence start of November 2018.

In order to be compliant with regulations and ensure a constant level of accuracy, fairness, clearness and correctness of the connected documents, a strong effort is needed within the Bank: a permanent monitoring/review process has therefore to be set-up across LEs at Group level.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Support regulatory initiatives implementation and ongoing monitoring (including participation to preliminary analysis, feasibility studies, budget approval process, risk assessment, project coordination, etc.)
  • General support to PMO function, also in the interaction with other internal functions and external counterparties
  • Support in constant monitoring of the evolution of existing regulation and related documentation;
  • Liaise with product specialists and supporting functions
  • 5) Support in actively managing new requests coming from the business
  • 6) Support in budget activation processes
  • 7) Active involvement in regulatory project to ensure alignment with existing sales documentation and regulatory requirements
  • 8) Support in coordination and leading of periodical meetings and preparation of the relevant material


  • General understanding of European regulation environment;
  • General understanding of the IR, FX and Commodities products;
  • Legal / economic / financial background;

  • Degree in Finance/ Law / Economics

Other Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German or Italian is desirable
