Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT Recruitment Consultant

Salary:Basic £20k-£24k: OTE yr1 - £40k+, OTE yr2 - £80k+, OTE yr3 - £100k+

Location:Central London

Core Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Demonstrate consistent performance, sales activity and conduct
  • Achieve quarterly, monthly and weekly Recruitment targets and objectives
  • Learn best Recruitment practice and sales methodology
  • Pro-actively generate and qualify candidates that match client’s requirements
  • Develop a candidate network and database for your own vertical market
  • Generate business leads
  • Manage the candidate interview process
  • Manage the placement process
  • CLOSE DEALS AND EARN TOP COMMISSION!

Training:

The dedicated Learning and Development Team will work with you from Day One of your employment and will continue to support you through a combination of classroom-based training, one to one coaching and mentoring throughout every stage of your Recruitment career.
