Our continually developing Intermediate Care Services have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking full time registered Band 6 Nurse.
The successful candidate will become part of an existing team consisting of nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, support workers and social care staff who work closely with the wider multidisciplinary Health & Social care team including pharmacists and voluntary sector. This friendly team have a positive approach to integrated working and would welcome and support any new member of staff.
